Hello Everyone,

I am lawyer practicing in the areas of business law and commercial litigation in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a former entrepreneur and business executive, I approach business law from a very practical, solutions-based perspective. My boutique firm, Ellis Business Lawyers, represents handles commercial collections matters involving debtor companies or assets located in British Columbia as well as a range of business disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes and tax matters.

Over the past three years, we have developed a niche representing businesses that were not receiving “value” from larger law firms. Our clients are attracted to our practical, solutions-based approach and our alternative and flexible billing arrangements. We accept a large number of cases on a contingency or flat-fee basis, rather than the traditional hourly billing model.
